Late 17th-century mottled brown calf over paper boards; sewn on four supports; blind fillets forming two concentric rectangular frames on boards, with blind stamps at inner and outer corners of inner frame; gilt roll around board edges; spine with four raised bands and gilt fillets; text block edges sprinkled red and green; leather spine title label with "Forme of Prayer";"1626" in gilt at tail of spine; leaves of blank paper bound between items; evidence of earlier stab stitching on some items in volume.
