With two leaves inserted between quires A and B. The first contains a poem by Christopher Wase: "In Trigonometriam Clarissimi Viri Domini Guillelmi Ughtredi". The second is an errata leaf. The ESTC record notes the presence of this errata leaf, but not the leaf with Wase's poem. The ESTC also notes the presence of a second errata leaf before "Canones sinuum", but this is not present in this copy.
