Late 17th- or early 18th-century mottled brown calf over paper boards; sewn on four supports; blind fillets forming two concentric rectangular frames on boards, with blind stamps at outer and inner corners of inner frame; spine with four raised bands, and blind fillets and rolls; gilt roll around board edges; text block edges sprinkled red; leather spine label with "[F]ormes of prayer"; "1612" in gilt at tail of spine; evidence of stab stitching on some items in volume.
