Note
The ESTC lists three editions of this work: S120348, S120358, and S120353. The distinguishing characteristics seem to be the spelling of "fayth"/"faith" in line 2 of the heading on leaf A2r, the spelling of "wisedome"/"wysedome" in line 6 in the text on leaf A2r, and the presence of the disputed clause. But copies on EEBO indicate that there are further variations, e.g. in the setting of the colophon, and the catchword on page 15. In the copy in hand, the first line of the colophon reads "Imprinted at Lon-"; the catchword on page 15 is "in". Leaf A2 is wanting.
Note
Imprint from colophon.
Note
Catalogued from imperfect copy, wanting all before page 11; title from ESTC.
