17th-century dark brown calf over paper boards; sewn on four alum-tawed leather supports; boards decorated with blind fillets forming rectangular frame towards perimeter of boards; spine with four raised bands and gilt fillets; blind hatching on board edges towards spine; printed waste used as endleaves.
