The ESTC record gives the pagination as [5], 190, 196, 116 leaves [i.e. not including the 12 unnumbered leaves at end]. These pages form gatherings 2[par.] and [par.] [par.], which are not included in the signatures given in the ESTC record. Folio 116v has catchword "A BRIEF", which matches the caption title of the first unnumbered folio (i.e. [par.]1r): "A briefe table of the interpretation of the proper names which are chiefly found in the olde Testament, ...". Folio [par.] [par.]3v has colophon: "Imprinted at London by the deputies of Christopher Barker, printer to the Queenes most excellent Maiestie. 1590. Cum priuilegio.". Folio [par.] [par.]4 is blank.
