Penketh super Sententias J. Duns, Scoti" and "Venetiis 1481" in gilt on spine; 16th-century titling and pressmark "N41" in ink on fore-edge.

There is extensive Latin marginalia in brown ink, in at least two (possibly three) late 15th- or early 16th-century hands. The marginalia is mostly in gatherings a-g, although some is present in later gatherings.
