A manuscript copy of 'Fill me a bowl a mighty bowl' by Joseph Corfe, dated 1800, is listed in RISM, ID 806294251 (source: GB-Cu Add. MS 9113). It appears to be this same duet which is cited in ESTC (citation no. T186905); in this record the duet is attributed to James Corfe. A version of 'Fill me a bowl', without imitation between the voices, was the first song published in: A collection of songs for one, two, and three voices / set to musick by Mr. James Corfe opera terza (London : John Johnson, [without date]); see also: Betty Matthews "Handel and the Corfes" in The musical times, vol. 112, no. 1537 (March 1971) pages 231-232.
