19th-century tan quarter calf; boards covered with parchment; vertical blind roll on calf (where it meets the parchment on the boards); spine with four flat raised bands, blind stamps, and gilt fillets; coloured endleaves; title and pressmark N37 in ink (16th-century) on fore-edge; title and date stamped in gilt (19th-century) on spine.
