Late 17th- or early 18th-century black goatskin over paper boards; sewn on four supports; gilt fillets forming two concentric rectangular frames on boards, with gilt stamps at outer corners of inner frame; spine with four raised bands, and gilt fillets and rolls; gilt roll around board edges; gilt roll on turn-ins; text block edges gilded; marbled endleaves.
