16th-century dark brown calf over paper boards; sewn on three tawed leather supports; boards decorated with blind fillets forming rectangular frame towards perimeter of boards, and blind centrepiece stamp; spine with three raised bands, and blind fillets; author's name "Granat" written in ink on fore-edge; remains of two pairs of ties at fore-edge.
