17th-century tan sheepskin over paper boards; sewn on two supports; boards decorated with blind fillets forming rectangular frame towards perimeter of boards; smooth spine with blind and gilt fillets; blind roll around board edges; text block edges sprinkled red and green (very faded); later red leather spine label with title: "Regii Sanguinu Clamor".
