Part of the Gillingham Parochial Library, bequeathed to the vicar and feoffees of the parish lands of Gillingham by Thomas Freke (d. 1718?), and placed on permanent loan in Salisbury Cathedral Library 25 November 1992. 18th-century sprinkled and plain brown calf; sewn on three supports; blind fillets and rolls on boards, forming concentric rectangular frames with blind stamps at outer corners of middle frame; raised bands; spine label with title; gilt roll around board edges; text block edges sprinkled red.
