The leaves may have been bound as the second and third of the three initial leaves in vol. 2. Signatures for vol. 2: pi3 Kk-Zz8 Aaa-Zzz8 Aaaa4. Final leaf blank. It is possible that leaves pi2 and pi3 are actually Ii7 and Ii8.
