An error in printing has affected gatherings A and B. Gathering A/B now consists of 5 leaves. The first three leaves are signed A1, A2, A3, and have page numbers 1-6. The fourth leaf is signed A4, B1, B2, B3; the recto is page 7 and the verso is page 14. The fifth leave is unsigned, but is implied to be B4. There is a stub between pages 6 and 7 (i.e. between leaf A3 and the leaf signed A4, B1, B2, B3), but the binding is too tight for further identification.

17th-century sprinkled brown calf over paper boards; sewn on three supports; boards decorated with blind fillets forming rectangular frame towards perimeter of boards, with additional vertical blind fillets towards spine edge; smooth spine with blind and gilt fillets; gilt fillet around board edges; text block edges sprinkled red.
