This volume is one of a set of 3 previously owned by E. B. Ramsay. An inscription on the upper endleaf of vol. 1 of this set includes these words: "E. C. Corfe from E & S Deer[?] from Oct 16th - Christmas 1903." "Decr. 1904 3 Vols." "Rebound, Octr. 1911." This volume appears, therefore, previously to have been owned by E. C. Corfe.
