17th-century reddish-brown calf over paper boards; sewn on four supports; boards decorated with blind fillets forming rectangular frame towards perimeter of boards, with additional vertical blind fillets towards spine; spine with four raised bands, blind and gilt fillets, and blind hatching; gilt fillet around board edges; gilt hatching on endcaps; text block edges sprinkled red and blue; printed waste used as pastedowns.
