[blank]. Attested by me (this 12 April 1735) William Newton, Vicar and Minister of Wingham, Kent. No. [blank]”. “Thomas” added in manuscript in gap before “Freke”. Gap following “No” left blank.
Part of the Gillingham Parochial Library, bequeathed to the vicar and feoffees of the parish lands of Gillingham by Thomas Freke (d. 1718?), and placed on permanent loan in Salisbury Cathedral Library 25 November 1992. "A9" inscribed on upper flyleaf. Spine label with "110". Gillingham reference A9/-L/110.

18th-century plain and mottled calf over rope-fibre boards; sewn on five supports; blind fillets and rolls forming three concentric rectangular frames on boards, with blind stamps at outer corners of middle frame; raised bands; gilt tooling on spine; paper spine label with title; text block edges sprinkled red.
