Catalogued from imperfect copy in hand, wanting frontispiece portrait. This copy differs from the ESTC record in lacking the 16 page sequence, and having only [7] p. at the end, rather than the [9] p. stated in the ESTC record. Additionally, there is an additional 12 page sequence at end, signed [*]2 [**]2 [***]2, with caption title: "Ad Clerum. A sermon preached at a visitation holden at Grantham, Lincoln: Octob. 8. 1641.". There is no separate dated title page for this, as in the ESTC record.
