18th-century sprinkled and plain brown calf over rope-fibre boards; sewn on three supports; blind fillets and rolls forming three concentric rectangular frames on boards, with blind stamps at outer corners of middle frame; five raised bands; gilt tooling on spine; remains of paper spine label with title; text block edges sprinkled.
