"The life and death of the late reverend and worth prelate, Lancelot Andrewes ... " follows pl. 599. This is by Henry Isaacson, and the ESTC records note a portrait plate of Andrewes before the text. It was also issued separately as "An exact narration of the life and death of the late reverend and learned prelate ... Lancelot Andrewes.", London, 1650. The entire work appears to have been reissued in 1652. RLIN reports the engraved title-page with the imprint "Sould by Iohn Stafford at the George at Fleete bridge 1652".

Catalogued from book in hand. Leaf pi1, probably containing the added engraved title page, has been removed. It is not clear whether this is ESTC R177335, R16561 or R202080. There is evidence of two leaves (chi1 and chi2) having been removed from between Fffff2 and [*]1. These were possibly a title page and portrait for the "The life and death of the late reverend and worthy prelate, Lancelot Andrewes, late Bishop of Winchester.".
