16th-century dark brown calf over paper boards; repaired in (?) 20th century; sewn on four supports; blind fillets forming two concentric frames on boards, with blind stamps at outer corners of inner frame; blind centrepiece; four raised bands; gilt fillets on spine; spine label with title; date in gilt at foot of spine; evidence of ties; parchment manuscript waste used as endleaves; fore-edge titles and faded press mark (?E46).
