Part of the Gillingham Parochial Library, bequeathed to the vicar and feoffees of the parish lands of Gillingham, Dorset by Thomas Freke (d. 1718?), and placed on permanent loan in Salisbury Cathedral Library 25 November 1992. "I12" inscribed on upper flyleaf. Spine label with "193". Gillingham reference I12/292/193.

17th-century sprinkled red-brown calf over paper boards; sewn on three alum-tawed thongs; blind fillets forming rectangular frame towards edges of boards; smooth spine; gilt fillets on spine; paper spine label with title; gilt fillet around board edges; text block edges stained red.
