No. [blank]”. “Thomas” added in manuscript in gap before “Freke”. “368” added in manuscript in gap following “No”. Part of the Gillingham Parochial Library, bequeathed to the vicar and feoffees of the parish lands of Gillingham, Dorset by Thomas Freke (d. 1718?), and placed on permanent loan in Salisbury Cathedral Library 25 November 1992. "A10" inscribed on upper flyleaf. Gillingham reference A10/368/-.

18th-century sprinkled and plain brownn calf over rope-fibre boards; sewn on five supports; three supports laced into boards; blind fillets and rolls forming three concentric rectangular frames on boards, with blind stamps at outer corners of middle frame; later gilt tooling on spine; gilt roll around board edges; text block edges sprinkled red and brown.
