"C17" inscribed on upper flyleaf. Spine label with "205". Gillingham reference C17/-/205.

Salisbury Cathedral Library bookplate (20th century) with design based on the Dean and Chapter seal, and inscription “Sarvm Cathedral Library.”

Binding

17th-century brown calf over paper boards; sewn on five supports; four supports laced into boards; two blind fillets forming rectangular frame towards edges of boards, with two additional vertical blind fillets towards spine edge; five raised bands; paper spine label with title.

Wanting frontispiece portrait. Appears to be wanting some of the unpaginated sequence at end, as there are only 20 unnumbered pages, signed a⁴ b² (c)⁴.
