Description

Letter from William Corker (who was prebendary of Yetminster Prima 1675-1702 and a Fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge) to Joseph Kelsey prebendary in which he states that he received a letter from Mr Hull regarding a summons from the Dean and Chapter to appear on 22 May at a Pentecostal meeting, but regrets that he cannot attend as he is 'disabled by a long sickness from taking any journey.' He requests that Kelsey would appear as his proxy. The letter was 'to be left with Mr Courtney at Salisbury.'
