Accounts of Nicholas Bertelot during the vacancy of the Bishopric, 4 Sep 1417 to 7 Jan 1418. Robert Hallam (Bishop 1407-1417) died on 4 Sep 1417; John Chandler (Bishop 1417-1426) was consecrated on 12 Dec 1417 and it seems that the temporalities were made over to him on 8 Jan 1418. With two small membranes containing a petition of Nicholas Bresteler (sic) about overpayments and disallowances.
