Account Roll of the Manor of Chardstock, 16 Jul -10 Oct 1427 ("from Wednesday next before the feast of St Margaret the Virgin in the 5th year of Henry VI, until Friday next before the feast of St Calixtus the Pope in the 6th year of the reign of Henry VI"), originating at about the time of a vacancy in the bishopric. John Chandler, bishop (1417-1426), died on 16 Jul 1426; Robert Neville, bishop (1427-1438) was nominated on 9 Jul 1427 and consecrated on 26 Oct 1427. Accounts ascribed to John [Leonine?], Reeve. Two membranes sewn together, 105 x 24 cm. The top third badly torn.
