The Dean and Chapter with the assent of George (de) Louthorp warden of the lands and tenements of the Choristers grant to John [W...] [text faded] of New Sarum mercer and John Parkyn of the same city mercer all that corner shop [with two ? - text obscured] newly built above it with [?] annexed to the western part with gutters [text faded], between the shop which John Taylo[?r] holds [and the shop which John Charlyng holds] on the [north] part. Given at New Sarum.
