Indenture made between Thomas Baverstock Merriman of Marlborough in the county of Wiltshire gentleman of the first part, the said Thomas Baverstock Merriman and William Clark Merriman of the same place gentleman of the second part and David Pierce Maurice of Marlborough surgeon of the third part. This indenture witnesses that in consideration of £325 to Thomas Baverstock Merriman paid by David Pierce Maurice and 10s paid by David Pierce Maurice to William Clark Merriman the said Thomas Baverstock Merriman and William Clark Merriman assign unto David Pierce Maurice the mansion or parsonage house of Preshute together with all premises and appurtenances expressed by the lease dated 15 Aug 1852 for the residue of the said term of 21 years subject to the conditions of the said lease.
