Description

Indenture made between James Blake Maurice of Lloran House Marlborough in the county of Wiltshire esquire (the grantor) of the one part and Eldon Surtees Bankes Clerk, Canon Residentiary and Master Warden or Governor of the Choristers and the Dean and Chapter (the grantees) of the other part. The grantees are about to connect the drain from Preshute House near Marlborough with the main sewer belonging to the Borough of Marlborough and it has been agreed between the parties that some part of the said drain from Preshute House shall pass through or under land belonging to the grantor between the points marked on the annexed plan and the grantor has agreed in consideration of the payment to him of £5 to grant the perpetual right or easement hereinafter contained. Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of H Robinson Architect's Assistant. A plan is attached.
