Description
The Dean and Chapter with the assent of John Tork [?Turk] warden of the lands and tenements of the Choristers grant to Simon Bout and Alice his wife all that shop with the 'camera' [?crypt, chamber] annexed situated in New Sarum on the north part of the Guildhall between the shop which John le Mercer [?John the mercer] holds on one side and the shop which John Lemyngton holds on the other side with a gutter next to it, to have and to hold for 33 years. The annual rent was 33s, 4d to be paid in equal portions at the four terms of the year. Given in the Chapter House.
