Description

[Counterpart] of a lease between the Procurator and Commonalty of Vicars of the Cathedral Church of Sarum on the one part and Nathaniel Still of New Sarum on the other part. The Procurator and Commonalty of Vicars lease to the said Nathaniel Still two messuages or tenements and small garden with the appurtenances on Brown Street in New Sarum with the King's highway or street called Brown Street on the east, divided [from the plot in the possession of John Talk] by a brick wall, to have and to hold for 40 years. The annual rent was 14 shillings at the 4 feasts of the year.
