Lease between the Procurator and Commonalty of Vicars of the Cathedral Church of Sarum on the one part and Frances Salisbury of the Close on the other part. The Procurator and Commonalty of Vicars lease to the said Frances Salisbury their messuage or tenement and garden within the Close near St Ann's Gate together with the little building within the garden on the Close wall. The premises are bounded by the Close wall on the east and on the north with the highway leading into the Close from St Ann's Gate (measurements given). Together with all ways, waters, watercourses, easements, advantages, hereditaments and appurtenances, to have and to hold for 40 years. The annual rent was 20 shillings at the 4 feasts of the year, double if payment was late.
