Description

Lease between the Procurator and Commonalty of the Vicars of the Cathedral Church on the one part and Charlotte Wyndham of the Close spinster on the other part. The Procurator and Commonalty of Vicars lease to the said Charlotte Wyndham their garden or orchard formerly two plots of ground in the Close between the subdean's house on the east, the highway leading from St Ann's Gate towards the Church on the south and the Close wall on the north part, to have and to hold for 40 years. The annual rent was 17 shillings at the 4 feasts of the year.
