Description

Lease between the Procurator and Commonalty of Vicars of the Cathedral Church of Sarum on the one part and Peregrine Bingham of Mecklenburgh Square in the County of Middlesex Devisee named in the will of Charlotte Poore of the City of Bath spinster deceased on the other part. The Procurator and Commonalty of Vicars lease to the said Peregrine Bingham their messuage or tenement within the Close of the Canons with the highway or green on the south part and the Close wall on north part, together with all houses, tenements, gardens, backsides and other appurtenances, to have and to hold for 40 years. The annual rent was 8 shillings at the 4 feasts of the year, and the further yearly sum of 3 pounds 4 shillings for land tax.
