Description

This is in very poor condition and is very difficult to read. It appears to be a record of a Consistory Court meeting possibly held by Dr [John] Barnston on Thursday 08 Nov 1621 in the presence of William Hutchins public notary [?assigned] by William Colett [Colet] registrar. Most of the writing cannot be deciphered but there is reference to excommunication, allegations and examining witnesses. The names Weston and Cook are repeated several times.
