Description
Printed stamp of Christopher Wordsworth on inside front cover. Frist few pages contain five pasted illustrations including a photograph of a book chain - annotated with notes probably by Christopher Wordsworth. The first section of this volume are pages from the 1880 MSS printed catalogue which have been bound into the volume and are accompanied by copious notes and annotations. The second section is a printed edition of 'The Transactions of the Royal Irish Academy Volume XXXII Section C Part1 The Manuscripts of the Vita S Columbani' by High Jackson Lawlor, published Dublin 1903. There are several loose notes and letters within the book which have all been left in situ. At the back of the volume is pasted a fragment reading 'A R Malden Ex Dono H J Lawlor. Bought by Chr Wordsworth and bound for him
