An A5 size volume beginning on 7th December 1917 and continuing until 9th June 1999. Contains information on the title of book, shelfmark, borrower, date borrowed and date returned. Includes some references to books being borrowed to be rebound. Contains five loose sheets: (1) receipt for the loan of MS150 to an unknown organisation in 1973 on the condition that it should be shown only under glass and not to be handled by menbers of the general public, signed E L Green-Armitage [?]; (2) note recording the numbers of some manuscripts lent to Southampton University Library: (3) note that 'Summary of Church Work and Finance in the Archdeaconry of Dorset 1914-1915' was sent to the county archivist, 1983: (4) receipt of 'Savernake estate account book' received by the Wiltshire County Record Office 1984: (5) receipt and indemnity agreement from the British Library for the loan of MS150 in the exhibition 'The Golden Age of Anglo-Saxon Art', 1984.
