Description
A bundle of deeds and documents relating to 9 De Vaux Place and associiated properties. In a number of the older deeds and documents there are no exact addresses but descriptions of various De Vaux properties in what is referred to as East Harnham. In some deeds and documents the De Vaux properties are linked, probably due to common owership, with property in Catherine Street, Salisbury, and with property in Warminster (a "messuage with the malthouse garden stable land and premises . . . in the west end of Warminster"; "five acres of land . . . one acre of meadow . . . at a place called Cold Harbour"; "that messuage or dwelling house . . . now used as a public house and known by the name of the Cock").
The deeds and documents are listed below in chronological order.
