Copy of indenture between Robert Pinckney, 'Clerke Canon in the Cathedral Church of[…]Sarum [and] prebendary of the Prebend called Beamister Prima' [Beminster Prima], and Peter Hoskins of Langdon in Dorset, leasing the Prebend and its appurtenances to Peter Hoskins and his three children and granting the products of the land to the same (during the lives of Peter Hoskins and his three children). The yearly rent was £20. The outside of the document is marked 'Dr Boreman. Beamister. Entred in [the] [..] Church B'.
