The notice contains two coloured sketches of an impression of St Thomas's shrine at Canterbury Cathedral with some descriptive information. The following sentence is in Christopher Wordsworth's hand 'The ornamentation of the case or canopy, which here hides the shrine within, is not recorded'. The author of the other notes may be Christopher Wordsworth but it is not clear.
