One of "Valentine's X.L. Series Real Photo Cards". "Halfpenny Postage" printed in the top right corner on the verso. The rate for post cards was increased to one penny in 1918. The view from the west shows the Choir with the screen of 1870 by Francis Skidmore, removed in 1960.
