Description

In front of the left side of the West Front a bride, wearing white, sits in an open top carriage drawn by six horses on a gravel path. The horsemen appear to be wearing military uniform. Behind the horses and to the left of the image a large crown has assembled. A man watches from the south cloister roof, his head and his arms (lying on the parapet wall) are just visible. Between the path and the lawn is a very low rope and post fence. Marked on the reverse 'ROYAL STUDIOSO SALISBURY'.
