Description
A print, published April 1804 by John Buckler of Bermondsey, Surrey. The original drawing, by Buckler, was etched by Buckler himself and engraved by F C Lewis. A dedication, and the Bishop's coat of arms, is printed below the image: 'To the Right Reverend Dr John Douglas Lord Bishop of Salisbury and Chancellor of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, this south east view of the Cathedral Church and Chapter House of Salisbury is by permission dedicated by His Lordships obedient servant John Buckler.
