Notes of a meeting held on 18 July 2005 at 1630 in the Conference Room. A comprehensive planning document of three pages printed on 21 July 2005. 2. Funeral Service for Sir Edward Heath 25th July 2005. Cathedral Timetable. Detailed timetable of events in the Cathedral for 24-26 July. The day of the funeral is incorrectly stated as "Monday 24th July"; the funeral was on Monday 25 July. Three pages printed on 21 July 2005, with some manuscript annotations. 3. Cathedral Vestry. Security and access arrangements for staff on Monday 25 July. Printed version of an email from Alun Williams to some 45 recipients, 22 July 2005. "Page 1 of 2", but only one page is present. "With the recent activities in London . . . as of today the police have raised the level of secuirty", alluding to the London suicide bombings on 7 July 2005. 4. Cathedral Vestry. Fourth draft and timetable for the Funeral Arrangements for the Late Sir Edward Heath KG MBE. Issue date: Sunday Morning 24th July 2005. Printed version of an email, six pages. 5. Four handwritten pages, undated and unattributed, headed "MONDAY - PREPARATIONS". 6. Salisbury Cathedral. Rubrics for Funeral of Sir Edward Heath. Monday 25 July 2005. Four A5 pages printed on blue paper. 7. A second copy of (6), initialled "CPC" (Chris Crooks, Head Verger) and with manuscript annotations. 8. Salisbury Cathedral. Sir Edward Heath 1916-2005. Monday 25 July 2005 2.30 pm. The Order of Service for the funeral. 9. Cathedral Vestry. Printed versions of emails from Kit Owen, Chapter Clerk (25 July 2005) and T Hone (26 July 2005), thanking "all those involved with the funeral service". 10. Undated typed note or draft email from "June" (presumably June Osborne, Dean, 2004-2017). "May I say by e-mail how delighted I was with yesterday's funeral . . . I was very, very proud of the team and hope you felt yourselves part of something historic and impressive". Also included here is a sketch of a design for a memorial tablet or ledger stone for Sir Edward Heath, the inscription different from that on the stone as installed. Subscribed, "Salisbury Cathedral Works Dept August 2005" and initialled "R G-H", for Robyn Golden-Hann, then mason in the Works Department.
