Under "Reactive" there is speciific mention of "Events eg Diana death (funeral all night vigil)" [1997]; "QEQM [Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother] death" [2002]; "Twin Towers" [2001].
4. Printed version of an email dated 5 January 2003 from Chris Crookes, Head Verger, addressed to "vestry", forwarding an email from Tim Hone, Head of Liturgy and Music, headed "Salisbury Cathedral - Activities and Resources Study". "I suggest that the attached form is used as the basis of the analysis". The blank "attached form" is in the same format as the completed forms at (1) and (2) above.
5. A blank copy of "the attached form" referred to in (4) above, printed on blue paper.
