Congé d'Élire of George I for the appointment of a Bishop of Salisbury following the translation of Richard Willis to Winchester. A large and elaborate doccument with the royal coat of arms at the head and borders incorporating other crests and heraldic symbols, coronets, fruits and faces; the "G" of "Georgius" encircles a portrait of George I.
