Description
Thomas Hyde, prebendary of 'Yatmister inferiori' [Yetminster Inferior] and Protobibliothecarius (principal librarian) of the Bodleian at the University of Oxford, being held up by academic matters was not able to be present in the Cathedral. He appoints Richard Hill prebendary as his proctor with a general power and a special mandate to appear before the Dean and Chapter in the Chapter House on Wednesday 13 May. Signed and sealed by Thomas Hyde in the presence of John Stalloway public notary.
