Jacob Gardiner [named in Lack and elsewhere as James - it has been assumed that this is the same person] prebendary of Stratton appoints John Priaulx prebendary as his proctor [for a Pentecostal assembly]. Signed, sealed and delivered by Jacob Gardiner in the presence of [Francis] Mundy public notary.
